Abstract

Abstract (My abstract is purposely vague and enigmatic, this is to prepare the viewer for the work. I do not give too much away, i want the viewer to enter the Mise En Obsolete with as few pre suppositions as possible in order for them to form their own of ideas of what the work is about, without much prior information. The statement should be similar to the abstract in this way so the viewer is unsettled, already questioning what the artist and the work might be about before they have experienced it. The questionnaires that I intend to provide should then give some unadulterated results of the impression the work has made on the viewer.) The creation of sense involves combining disparate processes that have a data line that can be traced through them. Knowledge that gets produced through the process; I experimented with time. The more you know then the more you know you don’t know, it’s like quicksand as soon as the gaps are filled in more keep appearing. Also that intense thinking can benefit from an encounter with the ridiculous. Key words: sensation, illusion, obsolescence, arte povera, mise en abyme, ‘pataphysics, fully automated luxury communism.
