Abstract

Quality Assurance (QA) is termed an effective process followed by UK universities to follow the needs of QAA, the “Quality Assurance Agency,” to improve the quality of academic standards (University of Edinburgh, 2024). QAA plays a vital role in the universities and colleges of the UK, and it judges and ensures that these sectors fulfil their academic responsibilities efficiently (QAA, 2024b). To regulate the academics of universities, QAA conducts “external reviews” or audits and describes the standards to universities using the “Academic infrastructure”.
