Supported by the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) and Careers Wales, this study examines the integration of entrepreneurial education into the Welsh school curriculum through three intervention phases led by the authors. These phases included teacher training initiatives, the development of progression frameworks, and the creation of resources aligned with the EntreComp framework. Drawing on cognitive science insights and practical workshops, the research reveals both the challenges and enablers faced by primary and secondary schools in fostering creative and enterprising competences. Key findings offer actionable recommendations for educators and policymakers to embed entrepreneurial learning across diverse educational settings.
